6. Fees and Payments

7. Limitation of Liability

DOYR CAPITAL S.L. acts as an intermediary in real estate transactions. Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee the approval of financing, as it depends on banking institutions
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or Public Administrations
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages

8. Force Majeure

DOYR CAPITAL S.L. will not be liable for the breach of its obligations when this is due to causes of force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, computer system failures, pandemics or unforeseen regulatory changes.

9. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be treated with absolute confidentiality and used exclusively for the provision of the requested services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

DOYR CAPITAL S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified with at least 15 days notice. Continued use of the website after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of them.

11. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to try to resolve any dispute amicably before taking legal action.

In case of conflict, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The nullity of any of the clauses will not affect the validity of the rest of the document.
